App Deletion Policy

At Manaratal Ofoq, we value your trust and provide you with full control over your data. If you choose to delete your account, the following steps and terms apply:

    • Upon initiating the deletion request, all your personal data, including your profile information, learning progress, and associated content, will be flagged for deletion.
    • The data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. During this time, you may contact us to cancel the deletion request.
  3. Subscription and Purchases

    • If you have an active subscription, it will be canceled upon account deletion, and any remaining subscription benefits will be forfeited. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to our refund policy.
  4. Third-Party Integrations

    • If you used third-party services (e.g., Google or Apple) to register or link accounts, deleting your account will not affect your third-party profiles. Please manage these accounts separately.
  5. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

    • Some data may be retained temporarily to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. However, this data will not be accessible or linked to your profile.
